Sv: Spinatpai - kan noen hjelpe???
Håller verkligen med om att det blir SUPER LÄCKERT med fillodeg som jag köper färdigfryst, mycket tunna lag!
Jag har använt det här receptet några gånger och rekommenderar det varmt (jag har receptet på svenska i sommarstugan, om någon hellre vill ha det på svenska så ska jag ta hem det):
Cheese and spinach pie
(spanakotirópita)
1 portion (1 large slice), calories: 400.
Cooking time: 60 minutes.
For a medium-sized baking tin
1 kilo of spinach
300 grms of feta cheese, crumbled
500 grms of pastry (philo pastry)
300 grms of onions, finely chopped
1½ cups of oil
1½ cups of evaporated milk
1 sprig of dill, finely chopped
2 eggs, beaten
Salt, pepper, grated nutmeg
Wash the spinach well, removing the root and the hard stems, and cut finely. Salt the spinach well and squeeze, removing as much water as possible. Also squeeze to soften into a mass. Add the onions and the dill, the cheese, the milk and the eggs, the pepper, the nutmeg and half the oil.
Grease the baking tin with oil, then spread the pastry (well greased too) in the tin. Make sure there is enough pastry left over to cover the mixture. When the ingredients have been well combined, spread on the pastry in the tin evenly. Then spread the rest of the pastry over the mixture, greasing the outside of it. Bake in a moderate oven for approximately half an hour.
