We've passed on your message to the mayor and he says he will be happy to meet you when you are here, to arrange the meeting with Haris when you are ready. At the time of arranging the meeting it might be best to ask about how much English he speaks or if he will have a translator available. I know he has conducted interviews int he past and can speak enough English.
