I guess we all "Kalimistas" manhandle the english language more or less successfully when in Greece...
As for Pigadia´s own beach, it has worked fine for me and in time they might even make it better, shifting out the pebbles, stones,cleaning,adding showers&toilettes, , etc.... me being not too interested in beaches as such.....
...on the other hand I can surely understand others interest in them.
Apart from the town-beach I have visited and swum at Amopi and also taken a dip or two at the beach adjacent to Taverna under the Trees, thats about it for me, beach-wise,......a not-to-good-beach-list I readily admit after some 18-20 visits to Karpathos....
And once Xroni Panaretos took me diving at the northern part of Amopi Bay , very clear waters!!
Hope to better myself next time on Karp and add to my too-short-beach-list, though!
